2027 Chevrolet Blazer Price, Dimensions, Changes
2027 Chevrolet Blazer Price, Dimensions, Changes – Competition from smaller and more affordable options, such as the three-row Traverse, and larger models, such as the Equinox, have reduced its sales. At the moment, it’s situated midway between the two vehicles at issue. The Chevrolet Blazer has several benefits, the most significant of which are better handling and performance, so prospective purchasers should learn more about it.
The LT is one of four possible trim levels; it is a front-wheel-drive (FWD) car with four cylinders. Starting at $42,893, the Limited Edition could be yours with the optional V6 engine and all-wheel drive (AWD).
The delivery fee was $1,900 and could not be negotiated. This vehicle was my top pick because of how cheap it was. Because my tester purchased a number of packages and solo alternatives, the total cost to them was $46,603 before taxes. 2027 Chevrolet Blazer Price

Exterior and Interior
Automatic headlights, automatic high-beam control, automatic dual-zone temperature control, heated seats, an eight-way power driver’s seat, an eight-inch touchscreen, and 18-inch wheels are all standard on the basic LT model. Furthermore, heated seats can be available to you.
Unfortunately, I was unable to test the last feature due to a shortage of microchips. Until chip supply rises again, however, retrofitting costs will be reduced in the future.
Standard equipment on the LT Plus included blind-spot monitoring, a built-in garage door opener, a motorized tailgate, sensors for parking in the back, mirrors that automatically dim, and roof rails. After the chips are prepared, the second feature can be added as a retrofit. So the test could take place, the LT’s basic four-cylinder engine was replaced with a V6 engine, which is $595 more expensive than the original.
The True North is an excellent pick if you’re want something more sophisticated and the V6 option piques your interest. This trim level is exclusive to vehicles equipped with a six-cylinder engine and features all the comforts of the LT Plus trim level. Along with the V6 LT Plus engine, additional standard equipment include a leather interior, leather-wrapped wheels, a motorized passenger seat with six adjustments, floor and cargo liners, and more. For this, you’ll need an extra $1,410.
Despite having a lower capacity than many of its competitors, the vehicle’s 864-liter capacity when the back seats are upright is due to the liftover into the luggage compartment. To illustrate this point, consider two vehicles: the 1,110-liter Ford Edge and the 1,166-liter Honda Passport, both of which do not include folding rear seats.
The Blazer’s rear seats fold down to provide additional room for longer pieces of luggage, but that’s a feature that its rivals provide as well. Depending on the trim level and engine, the Blazer may attain a top towing capability of from 1,500 to 4,500 pounds (680 to 2,041 kg). A limited amount of weight may be drawn by the Blazer if sufficient room is not provided.
For little items, there is an open cubby and a covered console box. You can see these two storage areas at the front of the vehicle. Using complicated parts like a switch and cable isn’t always essential; often, a simple mechanical handle can suffice. Pressing a button on the dashboard will electrically open the glovebox. Still, there are times when getting back to square one is the way to go. 2027 Chevrolet Blazer Price

Engine and Performance
It powers the standard all-wheel drive setup and the sole front-wheel drive option on the LT. I could upgrade my LT AWD to the 3.6L V6 engine that comes standard on every other model level for an extra $595. A request was made, and this option was made available. Thanks to its strong handling and the practicality of its non-turbo engine, I would buy this car.
While most of the power is sent to the front wheels, the all-wheel drive system may distribute it to the back wheels to improve traction. As an option, the higher trim levels provide a better system.
Additionally, this system has the ability to shift power to the right rear wheel as needed. I usually just leave it on and trust the system to deal with portions that are wet or slippery and need greater traction. You have a choice of systems; selecting front-wheel drive will result in higher gas mileage, for example. However, I prefer not to turn it off but rather leave it on.
2027 Chevrolet Blazer Fuel Economy
According to data compiled by Natural Resources Canada, the 3.6-liter all-wheel-drive Blazer managed 9.2 liters per hundred kilometers while traveling on highways and 11.0 liters per hundred kilometers during mixed-use. The vehicle’s performance in handling different types of traffic is demonstrated by these ratings. Over the course of seven days, I averaged 12.9 gallons per hundred kilometers.
Combining the four-cylinder engine with all-wheel drive results in a combined rating of 9.9 liters per hundred kilometers. The Chevrolet Blazer may not get the best gas mileage, but it still holds its own against competitors in its class. With a combined fuel consumption of 10.1 liters per hundred kilometers, the 2.0-liter engine of the Ford Edge fights head-on with the 3.5-liter V6 engine of the Honda Pilot, while the 2.7-liter engine produces 11.2 liters.
2027 Chevrolet Blazer Safety Features
National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) crash test results show that the Blazer is completely safe. The accident inquiry resulted in this rating being given.
The LT model comes standard with a number of useful extras, such as lane-keep assist, a rear-seat reminder, emergency front braking with pedestrian recognition, and OnStar capabilities. This grade of vehicle is now standard on all new cars and includes the contemporary convenience of a rearview camera.
The LT Plus Package, which costs $1,595 more, adds blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic warning to your LT. But this function is included as standard on all other trim levels. 2027 Chevrolet Blazer Price
2027 Chevrolet Blazer Price and Release Date
Chevrolet Blazers with all-wheel drive (AWD) may reach $49,498 (before extras), although FWD models start at $39,398 (with freight). Despite its generally competitive spirit, the Blazer will certainly look costly with higher trim options.
Without freight charges, you may get an all-wheel-drive Hyundai Sante Fe for $35,964 to $49,854; a Ford Edge for $39,774 to $52,844; and a Honda Passport for $47,270 to $53,870.
Even while it might not sell as many units as the Equinox and the Traverse, the Chevrolet Blazer is still a great alternative. Despite having a smaller interior than some of its rivals, it more than makes up for it with its exceptional driving performance and several other advantages. Several benefits exist, nevertheless, even if you have no intention of using the extra room. I believe it would be wise to try it out.
